Patrick Willie, Navajo, 31 is World Champion Hoop Dancer born and raised in Orem, Utah.

About

He is a World Champion Hoop Dancer having competed in the Heard World Hoop Competition and placed consistently in the top 10 the past several years. Most recently Patrick in 2020 Patrick was ranked 6th in the world for Native American Hoop Dancing. He works with the Title 6 Native American Education program to do workshops with the Native Youth throughout the school year. He's been able to travel all over the world sharing his culture and the good message the Hoop Dance reflects.

Patrick Willie, navajo de 31 años, nació y creció en Orem, Utah. Es campeón mundial de danza de aros, ha competido en la Heard Museum World Hoop Competition y ha ocupado consistentemente algunos de los diez primeros lugares en la clasificación durante los últimos años. Más recientemente, Patrick ocupó el 6º lugar del mundo de danza de aros nativa americana. Trabaja con el programa Title 6 Native American Education impartiendo talleres con las juventudes nativas a lo largo del año escolar. Ha podido viajar alrededor del mundo y compartir su cultura y el buen mensaje que esta danza refleja.
