Victor Suarez is the Strategic Communications Coordinator with California Calls, a statewide alliance of 31 grassroots community based organizations working to transform the California electorate through year round voter engagement. His work is centered at the intersection of voter engagement, narrative development and digital strategy. Since 2018, he’s served as a digital lead for Schools & Communities First, a historic campaign fighting to restore billions in investments for California schools & community services. He began his career in digital politics in the LA tech-startup space and has since worked with dozens of organizations and campaigns to develop and implement digital and communication strategies.
Victor is the son of Mexican immigrants and is a proud native of East Los Angeles. He received his bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2011.
